Old Marylebone Town Hall, The Great Barn Harrow & The Grove Hotel
Shreeya & Rajan hosted an unforgettable Indian wedding week filled with emotion, colour, and celebration. From a classic London civil ceremony to a breathtaking outdoor wedding at The Grove, every event felt thoughtfully planned and full of joy.
Civil Ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall
The week began with an intimate civil ceremony at The Old Marylebone Town Hall, one of London’s most iconic wedding venues. This was followed by a relaxed lunch at The Landmark Hotel, making it the perfect start to the celebrations ahead. After the ceremony, we took advantage of the beautiful natural light for couple portraits—it really couldn’t have been better.
Haldi & Mehndi Celebrations at The Great Barn, Harrow
A few days later, the celebrations continued with the Haldi ceremony at The Great Barn in Harrow. Set outdoors and bursting with colour, this quickly became one of my favourite events of the week. As tradition goes, things ended with a lively (and very messy!) water fight, with everyone getting involved.
Later that day, guests regrouped for the Mehndi party, which was an absolute vibe. With an incredible food spread by SNK Catering and drinks flowing courtesy of Brijwasi, the evening was all about indulgence. Family performances, live music, and a full-on party with DJ Rish from Musical Movements kept the energy high well into the night.
The Big Day! Outdoor Wedding at The Grove Hotel
Shreeya had always dreamt of an outdoor wedding, and The Grove provided the perfect backdrop with its stunning sunken garden. While the weather kept us guessing, everything came together seamlessly. The wedding setup by Shagun Weddings was absolutely breathtaking and elevated the space beautifully.
The day began with an emotional first look. One of those moments filled with pure happiness. This was followed by a relaxed and fun couple portrait session before the Jaan arrived.
Just before the mandap, Shreeya’s mum and masi's surprised Rajan with a heartfelt welcome dance, a deeply personal and memorable touch. The wedding ceremony, led by Raju Pandya, was beautiful and full of meaning. During the break, I created a same-day edit slideshow, which added an extra buzz to the reception and set the tone for the evening. After some heartfelt speeches, the dancefloor came alive and the celebrations didn’t stop ending the wedding week on the highest possible note.
Thank you so much for having me as your photographer and letting me in to be a big part of your wedding week!
