When Kanay & Rhea approached me to shoot their wedding we got talking and sound the passion for their love of cars. Was quite unusual as I have never met a couple who are such petrol heads. It was quite obvious where the pre wed shoot should be shot… their own hangar with a collection of an amazing set of cars!
With the pre wed shoot out the way they had their Indian Wedding held at the stunning Oshwal Centre over Easter weekend. It was one of my first weddings of the year so I was eager to get shooting and capture some great moments.
Kanay arrived in one of his classic Ford cars which also made an amazing scene with Rhea driving off after the Vidai. There was a lot of laughter and emotions during the ceremony which made the wedding very memorable to document. One of my favourite moments was capturing Kanay's emotions as Rhea made her entrance. This is what I love about being a wedding photographer - to be able to capture raw emotions. It was so good to see the couple and all the guests enjoy the wedding ceremony which was conducted by Kamal Pandey. After the Wedding ceremony the Rhea decided to drive off in their classic Ford cobra which was really cool considering it's not an easy drive especially wearing a heavy lengha!
